Husband and wife team, Adrian and Felicity Smith set up the Mortimer Chocolate Company in 2006.
Using Adrian’s expertise as a Mars-trained cocoa taster, they produce fantastic tasting chocolate powders.

The Red Cat Partnership are made up of a team of people that are are highly skilled and experienced Food (& health and safety) consultants – that are all from an Environmental Health background.
