Food & Drink Expo 2016, the biggest food and drink show in 2016 is coming to the NEC, Birmingham, 18th – 20th April.
Providing the number one route to the UK food and drink market, it helps hundreds of companies showcase their wares, including a number of Artisan Food Trail members.
Buyers and decision makers across the whole industry, from grocery, wholesale and speciality retail to foodservice and manufacturing, will be visiting to uncover the hottest trends, latest product launches and the industry’s vision for the future.

Breckland Orchard exhibiting at Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2015
The Speciality & Fine Food Fair is coming to London, Olympia on 6th – 8th September 2015 and there will be a number of Artisan Food Trail members exhibiting at the trade show.
Breckland Orchard will be on stand 1760 showcasing their soft drinks range.
The gently carbonated softs drinks known as 'Posh Pop' do not contain artificial flavourings colourings or sweeteners.
A new 'No Added Sugar' range has been added for those wishing to enjoy a lower calorie soft drink.

Discover Artisan Food Trail members' products at the Farm Shop & Deli Show 2015
We're pleased to confirm that several Artisan Food Trail members will be exhibiting at the Farm Shop & Deli Show at Birmingham's NEC on 20 – 22 April 2015.
This trade event is 'the place for people passionate about food' where all the big ideas, innovative suppliers and exciting products can be found.
For those businesses which are passionate about what they do, the Farm Shop & Deli Show is the perfect event for finding like-minded suppliers.

Artisan Food Trail members exhibiting at IFE 2015
A number of Artisan Food Trail members will be exhibiting at the UK's largest food & drink event – IFE 2015 at London's ExCel from 22nd – 25th March.
Named as the ultimate product sourcing event, IFE 2015 provides the opportunity to meet a huge variety of food and drink producers, keep up to date with the latest trends and network with the industry’s finest.

Food & Drink Expo incorporating Farm Shop & Deli Show 2014
It's just a few weeks to go before both the Food & Drink Expo and the Farm Shop & Deli Show get underway at the NEC in Birmingham.
These trade exhibitions help provide the route to the UK food and drink market where hundreds of companies get the opportunity to showcase their wares.
Attracting buyers and decision makers across the whole industry, from grocery, wholesale and speciality retail to foodservice and manufacturing, the events enable them to uncover the hottest trends, latest product launches and discover new food businesses.
The Farm Shop & Deli Show is aimed at those from farm shops, delicatessens and artisan food outlets who are passionate about what they do and are looking for like-minded suppliers.
From the point of view of The Artisan Food Trail, we do like to visit as this gives us the chance to catch up with some of our members and to meet artisan food businesses who may be interested in becoming part of our ever-growing food trail.
We understand that food producers will be very busy meeting with potential buyers so if you would like us to drop by, do get in touch either by emailing info@artisanfoodtrail.co.uk or giving us a call on 0844 995 9996, so that we can arrange a suitable moment. Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival: 29th – 30th September 2012
This year the festival is expecting over 90 exhibitors showcasing organic vegetables, fresh and smoked fish, rare breed meat and game, cheeses, frozen yoghurt, jams, beer, wine and lager. Nearly all of the exhibitors’ businesses are based in East Suffolk, reflecting the high quality and huge array of food and drink in the region.
The Artisan Food Trail producers/businesses that will be attending are:

Food Safari – Gourmet food experiences that go beyond a traditional cookery school. Unique days combine meeting inspirational food and drink producers with learning new skills like butchery and bakery.

More about the festival
The Aldeburgh Food and Drink Festival began in 2006 to celebrate and publicise the abundance of Suffolks local produce and also to help people reconnect with the countryside and the food it provides. One of the objectives of the festival is to demonstrate the strong connection between food and the market towns, the villages, the countryside, the rivers and the sea. It returns again this year, running from 29th September to 14th October 2012 with the food and drink weekend being held over the weekend of 29th – 30th September 2012.

Fathers' Day Chilli Fiesta bringing spice to Bedfordshire this Sunday!
Nicely planned to fall on Fathers' Day, the 2012 Chilli Fiesta will take place at The Mansion House, Old Warden Park on
17th June.
Last year's event was a staggering success with thousands of people flocking from across the UK. This year is set to be bigger and better than ever before.
There's no better way to spend a fantastic Father's Day with guaranteed fun for all the family. Just a few of the treats in store include: demonstrations from award winning chefs in the Chilli Kitchen; Chef's Academy Cook-along and stalls offering free samples and selling everything chilli from cheese to chocolate.
If things get too hot, you can quench your thirst in the Chilli Bar which sells chilli beer and other refreshments. To keep children entertained there will also be circus games, a funfair and entertainers.

Chef's Academy Cook-Along
Spice up your meal times and join in cooking some of the hottest dishes around. All the equipment and ingredients is provided so you just have to turn up, pay £5 and be prepared to have some fun!
What's more, there will be an Academy Award prize of free tickets to the Rhythm Festivals for whoever creates the best dish.
Chilli Arena
Sit back, chill out and enjoy the live music, circus acts, flame-throwers and a wide range of other entertainment throughout the day at the Chilli Arena.
Chilli Bar
If things get too hot, you can quench your thirst in the Chilli Bar which overlooks the entertainment area and sells chilli beer, real ales, soft drinks and other refreshments.
Chilli Kitchen
Can you stand the heat of the Chilli Kitchen?
Showcasing some fabulous, fiery food these free demonstrations are presented by award winning chef Raj Mandal throughout the day.
Chilli Eating Contest
How much heat can you handle?!
This competition is only for the brave! See if you can you beat last year's winner.
Only £3 to enter and you could win free tickets to this summer's Rhythm Festivals at The Mansion House.
Gardening Academy
Throughout the day there will be demonstrations from a range of gardening experts including Artisan Food Trail member Joanna Plumb from award winning Edible Ornamentals demonstrating the secrets of growing a successful chilli crop. In addition, Kathy Brown will talk about edible flowers and local honey man Wally Thrale on bee-keeping.
What's more the fiesta will host its very own version of Gardeners' Question Time. A panel of horticulture experts from Shuttleworth College will be able to answer any gardening questions you may have. Just turn up with your question on the day.
For those of you with green fingers this area will provide you with a wide range of unusual plants, seeds and equipment. Not to mention a wide range of chilli plants of course!
World Food Quarter
The world is your oyster in the World Food Quarter. You can wonder from stall to stall at your leisure, try before you buy and give your taste buds a well deserved treat!
